The book "Scouting Dolls through the Years" by Sydney Ann Sutton with Pasty Moyer contained many Girl Scout & Brownie Scout paper dolls, both fairly common and some rare. But this one was missed!

I can't imagine the circulation numbers for the magazine "Hi! - a Catholic Magazine for Growing Ups" was very large in 1953. Add to that the number of copies of the March 1953 that are still around these days, it's easy to understand why this Girl Scout paper doll - with her cousin, a Camp Fire Girls paper doll are such rarities.

The magazine measures 9" x 6", to give you an idea of the size of the paper dolls.
