The Girl Scout Friendship Doll line launched with 3 styles and ended with 3 styles. At 12" tall, these soft dolls came in colorful partial boxing that promoted the "I Can't Wait To ..." slogan of the time. The dolls were all dressed in (non-removable) street clothes, a t-shirt with the Girl Scout contemporary trefoil, and a green sash with a white trefoil. Came packaged with a set of small stickers of the current items of the Junior program; badges, troop crests, and other sash/vest related items. These dolls only came with the green Junior sash.

All three dolls had names that started with a "C", Carina, Carly & Chloe. According to the GSUSA website, this was intentional - promoting the Courage, Confidence & Character slogan.

Unlike some Girl Scouts dolls, once the doll was removed from it's packaging nothing remained on the doll that gave it's name. These dolls did not appear in the GS catalog.

It may be that this was the first Girl Scout doll series that had it's own Twitter account (GirlScoutsFriendship @ GSFDollsYOTTOY). It ran from October 6, 2014 through August 3, 2015. Some of the promotional graphics from this are shown below.
