Although the inventory number remained the same, 11-411, the flashlight is clearly a different model from the one above. 

It is smooth chrome with paint.

By 1947 the inventory number changes to 11-417.

This unidentified Girl Scout Flashlight (right) may be an example of 11-417 - the difference is in the switch plate/thumb plate. This one doesn't match the example shown in the Girl Scout catalog, but it also doesn't fit anywhere else. The closet is the 1940's 11-411 shown above, but the switch plate is very different. Later flashlights of this style have color bands on the body of the flashlight.
