Girl Scout Candy - Vintage Products

Informally, local Girl Scout troops  have sold candy as a fund raiser almost from the beginning. Organized, formal candy sales were popular in the 1950's & 1960's.

Blumenthal Bros. and Curtiss Candy Company were two vintage candy manufacturers that supported the Girl Scout Candy Sale efforts.

Brach's may have also been a supporter.

This silver box of Official Girl Scout Sweet Chocolate Covered Malted "Treats" also reminds buyers to buy War Saving Stamps and Bonds.
