Girl Scout Plates; Decorative & Utilitarian

Girl Scouts have always been helping out in the kitchen!

Here's the home page for general use plates, decorative plates and silver/pewter plates, trays.

Early ceramic-type plates were not offered through the catalogs. These items were likely sold to councils directly from the producers.

Specialty plates such as cookie, Roundups, etc. are elsewhere.

The contemporary trefoil version of this plate was introduced in 1979.

By 1983 the price for both styles had jumped  $29.00!

By 1993, the last year these were offered, the price was $45.00!

Surprise!

In 1988 the Queen Anne Style of plates shrank from 10 1/2" to 7" - the price went down too. By 1993, the last year these were offered the price was $29.00!
