Girl Scout Prepaid Phone Card

Way back in the mid-1990's, before cell phones, there was a thing called a "phone card." It was a new and easy way to always have enough money (stored on the card) to make a phone call. It was a thing back then.

Everyone jumped on to sponsoring a phone card plan and have their logo on a card. Even Girl Scouts. For $10 you could purchase one and be able to make a phone call anywhere in the world for 15 minutes.

As technology improved - with cell phones soon to be readily available - the cost of phone cards declined and soon were just a thing of the past. 

People still collect phone cards for the logos.
