Girl Scout
Stationery

Long before the days of emails and text messaging Girl Scouts kept in touch with pen and paper!

Girl Scout stationery can still be found, hidden away in attics and closets,

along with something called a typewriter (?).

Stationery sets and blank note cards fell out of favor over the years and by 1990 had been largely replaced by memos, sticky notes and postcards. Only a few items have been offered since then.

Stationery with the trefoil in the center at the top was produced for many years, the difference was in subtle packaging changes and paper quality.

Somehow this design is slightly different than the others that look just like it. It has a different product code.

Interestingly, this Tri-pack carried 3 separate Girl Scout stationery items in one box.

No visible GS logo, maybe the box said Girl Scout?

In defense of this non-descript yellowish stationery with seagulls that lacks any Girl Scout identifiers (maybe the box had the GS logo?) - this was the era of
Jonathan Livingston Seagull.

These pale green notecards are VERY similar to the 1982 pale green notecards shown above!

The card set shown below is currently available (2022). They are slightly different from those offered in 2008. They are a different size, the border looks different and they don't say Girl Scouts at the top.
