This similar in size (about 5") Juliette Low coin bank wasn't offered in the GS catalog, and was made of metal. I have no proof, but I think it may have been a council-level type gift to bigger donors - like the taller copper GS statue (8") that was only available to councils to give away (for a time.)

1983 - Although it doesn't say "Girl Scout" this Cookie coin bank was offered in the GS catalogs and shows Girl Scout cookies. Shown here are also some tie-ins to the design.

2012? Likely from the era. Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles Volkswagen-style ceramic bank. Bumper says "Girl Scout celebrate 100 years" 1912-2012.
