There are two eras to the official Girl Scout Cookie pins.

 

The first was technically called the Girl Scout Cookie Sale Activity Pin. These pins were launched with the 1998 Girl Scout catalog for the 1999 Girl Scout Cookie season:

• Each year was a different colored pin.

• First 3 years the pins were plastic and many broke from the metal post.

• 2002 the pin was changed to a metal pin.

• 2019 was the last year for this pin.

• There are 21 pins in this set.

In 2019 a new cookie pin program was launched - the Girl Scout Cookie Entrepreneur Family 

• Pins are divided into age-levels and years.

• There are 13 pins in this set.
